About Us

Phil is a pharmacist and graduate with the University of Alberta with over a decade of clinical experience and providing injections. After a decade of community and clinical pharmacy practice, he decided to combine his healthcare practice and his passion for creating art by founding Arlo Medical Injections.

He is a graduate of the Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics & Therapeutics - an advanced anatomy-based training organization known for its high-caliber teaching and patient care practices. As a graduate, Phil joins some of the most highly trained and qualified botulinum toxin and facial rejuvenation practitioners in the world. Additionally, Phil has completed certified training under Dr. Tim Pearce with an advanced focus on lip filler aesthetic and techniques.

Phil is a strong believer in life-long learning and is in constant pursuit of excellence in both his personal and professional life and envisions Arlo Medical Injections setting the standard for patient care in the industry.

Tanya is a pharmacist with extensive experience in hospital, community, and long-term care pharmacy. With over twenty years in the profession, providing travel immunizations and annual flu clinics across Alberta, she feels that offering her clients aesthetic injections is a natural extension of her current practice to further enhance her clients’ confidence and well-being.

She is trained and certified in neuromodulator and dermal fillers with the Institute of Wellness and Advanced Aesthetics (ACE Academy) whose curriculum was created by the talented and late plastic surgeon Dr. Jonathan Lee. Tanya believes her experience and attention to detail will provide clients with second-to-none results.

Alice has been a public health nurse for the past 13 years. During this time, she has worked with postpartum moms, newborns, and the Alberta vaccination program. As a side passion, she became certified as a hair and makeup artist at Canada’s renowned Blanche Macdonald Centre. Since then, she has been beautifying faces for weddings and special events for the last 10 years. The most recent endeavor has been to combine her nursing world with her aesthetic world and become a nurse injector. She trained with Dr. Warren Roberts at the Pacific Institute of Facial Aesthetics in Vancouver. Her knowledge of facial anatomy and experience as a professional makeup artist has given her a keen eye for the enhancement of facial features. Her goal with every treatment is to listen and collaborate with her patients to help them look and feel their best.

I’m Tristan Lux, a dedicated Nurse Injector with a passion for blending the art of aesthetics with the precision of medical science serving the Calgary area.

My educational foundation begins at the University of Regina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, complemented by specialized training in Botulinum Toxin & Dermal Fillers at the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics in Toronto, followed by a 4 month preceptorship with an experienced Nurse Practitioner.

I blend art and medical science to enhance your natural beauty safely. My approach focuses on subtle improvements, tailored to your needs, with a background in emergency and trauma nursing ensuring your safety.

Outside of my professional life, I’m an avid traveler, always on the lookout for new experiences and techniques in medical aesthetics to bring back to my practise.
